My daily self-love routine

I use these powerful oils from Mother Earth all the time and I l absolutely love it. These oils have given me hormone balance, better sleep, happier mornings, glowing skin, emotional balance, deeper meditation practice and so, so much more.

My days really contain in an abundance of oils and this is what a normal day looks like:

We diffuse Peppermint and Wild orange for the best possible start.

Peppermint on my temples to get me going.

I use Eucalyptus in the shower to create a mini-spa feeling and wake up in a lovely way.

You find Geranium, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense in my facial oil.

Jasmine or Rose under my eyes.

Aroma touch in my body oil.

Balance under my feet.

Whisper, Ylang Ylang, Cheer or Frankincense at my pulse points deepending on what day in the month it is.

A mix of OnGuard, Copaiba and Frankincense under my son's feet and we are ready for the day.

Rosemary and Peppermint in the diffuser when it is time to focus.

Tangerine in my drinking water, for the lovely taste and the detoxification of my liver.

Elevation when I need a afternoon pick-me-up.

Wild Orange or Peppermint in the raw chocolate balls is a must!  

On Guard in the diffsuer when the boys are back from daycare

Peace whenever I need, yes more peace.  

Frankincense and Sandalwood is a must in meditation. Frankie is really great for anything actually. 

A perfect way to end the day and head for a knock out sleep is Lavender and Vetiver on my wrists and under my feet.
